Board Software Updated

This will probably be a quarterly occurrence. A new version of the board software has been released and installed, which also involves a database restructure. I hope this also solves a couple of issues with logins and features.

Earlier this month, update to latest board software put in place and a reminder that when joining, you have to make a post that is approved in order to activate your user ID.
