Had to Tighten Security

We had a spam account get activated, and I shut that down. I still want to allow the use of free email services, but that comes with some risks of dealing with user accounts that will have a short stay. As a rule, if you have problems with login, delete the cookies from this site, and let them be reset on next login. Delete Cookies link at bottom right of the page ....
